What does Stagnation alert mean?

A stagnation alert means no qualifying flush was registered for the outlet within the stagnation threshold. The default threshold is 7 days, and a flush must last at least 2 minutes to count.

How to resolve it

1. Flush the outlet on site.
2. Open the alert and select Flushed.
3. The alert moves to Awaiting measurement confirmation and closes automatically when sensor data confirms the flush.

Prevent new alerts

• Adjust the stagnation threshold under Alerts → Notification Settings or per building.
• Enable a flushing schedule in the asset's action plan to create recurring flush tasks before the alert triggers.
