Alerts and notifications
Tempivo creates alerts when sensor data or device status needs attention. Open Alerts in the app to review, assign, and close them.
Tabs
- Active Alerts shows open items and Assigned to me.
- History shows resolved alerts.
- Fault reports lets you send reports linked to alerts.
- Notification Settings controls thresholds and email, SMS, and push per alert type.
Alert types
Water alerts include hot water too cold, high temperature, circulation return too cold, cold water too warm, and stagnant water. Device alerts include sensor offline, low battery, and freeze risk. Optional add-ons add mold risk and low humidity.
Typical workflow
- Open the alert row for details, location, and the recommended action.
- Assign it to a colleague if someone else should handle it.
- Take the recommended action on site.
- Close the alert:
- Mark Resolved for device alerts (offline, low battery, freeze, and similar).
- Flushed or I've addressed it (awaiting data) for water alerts that need sensor confirmation.
Water alerts that need sensor confirmation move to Awaiting measurement confirmation and close automatically when new measurements confirm conditions are OK. Use Mark read to remove the unread marker without closing an alert.
Grouped alerts
Several alerts of the same type in one building can appear as one grouped card. Expand the group to see each outlet or asset.
