What does a Legionella Risk alert mean?

Legionella monitoring is shown as a KPI card on the dashboard: OK, Warning, Critical, or Collecting data. The status is calculated from hot water temperatures, circulation temperatures, stagnation, and open water alerts across your buildings.

Older organizations may still see historical Legionella risk alerts in the History tab. New separate Legionella risk alerts are no longer created. Resolve the underlying temperature or stagnation alerts instead and the KPI recovers.

Improve the status

• Keep hot water at 50°C or above at the tap and 60°C in the heater.
• Flush rarely used outlets regularly (default threshold 7 days).
• Resolve open temperature and stagnation alerts.
