Where can I see my active alerts?

All active alerts are listed on the Alerts page under the Active Alerts tab. The dashboard also shows an Active Alerts KPI card that opens the same list.

On the Active Alerts tab

• Assigned to me lists alerts assigned to you.
• Other active alerts lists the rest of your organization's open alerts.
• Grouped cards combine several alerts of the same type in one building. Expand the card to see each asset.

Select an alert to see details, location, and the recommended action. Use Mark read to clear the unread marker without closing the alert.

Resolved alerts move to the History tab.
