Alert thresholds and notifications

Control when alerts trigger and how your team is notified under Alerts → Notification Settings.

Per alert type

For each alert type you can set the threshold and choose channels: email, push, and SMS (add-on).

Default thresholds:

• Hot water low: 50°C, high: 60°C
• Cold water too warm: 18°C
• Stagnant cold water max: 24°C
• Stagnation: 7 days
• Low battery: 20%
• Freeze risk: 4°C
• Circulation return (VVC): 50-60°C

Global settings

• Notification email list and notification language.
• Temperature lookback window (default 7 days) and circulation lookback (24 hours).
• Minimum flush duration (default 2 minutes).

Push notifications

Enable push per device from the same tab and send a test notification.

Overrides

Buildings can override thresholds in the building form, and assets can override in their action plan. The most specific setting wins.
