Automate compliance PDFs by email from the Reports page.

Set up a schedule

1. Enable Scheduled email reports.
2. Choose frequency: every week, every month, or every quarter.
3. Enter a primary recipient and optional CC addresses (comma-separated).
4. Pick a building, or all buildings for one PDF per building.
5. Choose whether to include AI analysis, same as manual generation.
6. Save the schedule.

Each delivery generates a fresh report with your organization signature, exactly like generating it manually, and emails the PDF on schedule. Send a test email to verify the recipients before the first run.
