How do I generate a compliance report?

Open Reports and use the Compliance reports tab.

Steps

1. Select one or more buildings.
2. Choose a period: one month, a quarter, or a custom date range.
3. Set the output language and add an optional comment.
4. Keep Include AI analysis & summary on if you want AI-written sections.
5. Select Generate Report.

The report compiles temperature and flushing data against BFS 2024:8, EU 2020/2184, and HSLF-FS 2024:33. When it is ready you can preview it, download the PDF, or send it by email. Generated reports are saved under Recent reports.

Admins can add an organization signature (uploaded or drawn) that is included in every report.
