Register lab test results
Record bacteria samples and lab results under Reports → Bacteria / lab.
Add a result
- Upload the lab report as PDF, JPEG, or PNG. For digital PDFs and photos, AI suggests field values automatically.
- Review or fill in: laboratory, bacteria or test type, sample date, and outcome (Approved, Not approved, or Inconclusive).
- Optionally link the sample to a building, space, or asset.
- Add notes and select Save lab result.
Where results appear
Saved results are listed in the lab table with sample date, test, lab, outcome, and the attached file. Lab results are included in compliance reports for the matching period and buildings.
