Manage assets and sensors

The Assets page lists every sensor and measuring point in your organization.

The list

Columns include building, space, water type, last water temperature, probe and ambient temperature, humidity, signal, last reading, battery, and status. Filter by building or status (Active, Inactive, Error) and search by name, building, or space.

Asset status

• Active: reporting normally.
• Offline: no recent reading.
• Error: needs attention, for example low battery.

Asset detail page

Open an asset to see temperature charts, connectivity, battery, and settings. Edit asset changes placement, water type, probe layout, and pipe details. Edit configuration changes device settings such as transmission interval. The action plan on the asset enables recurring flush and sampling tasks and per-asset thresholds.

In the mobile app, a Bluetooth nearby section shows detected sensors that are not yet registered, with an install shortcut.
