Service level (SLA) overview
We target high availability for the web app and public API. Your contractually agreed uptime (e.g. 99.5% or 99.9% per calendar month) is defined in your customer agreement or order form.
Planned maintenance may occur. When possible, it is announced in advance. Maintenance performed by agreement is normally excluded from SLA downtime calculations.
Sensors, mobile networks, and third-party providers (e.g. carrier or email) are outside the automated checks on this page but may affect specific workflows.
