How do I add a new building?

Open Buildings and select Add building.

Required fields

• Name, country, and address: shown on the building card and in reports.
• Building type: Residential, Healthcare, Elderly care, Schools, Public buildings, Commercial, Cruise ship, or Other.
• Floors and spaces: number of floors and a comma-separated list of spaces, for example Laundry, Boiler room, Kitchen.

Optional settings

• Photo: image shown on the building card.
• Alert thresholds: override organization defaults for this building, for example hot water temperature or stagnation days.
• Default assigned user: new alerts and tasks for the building are assigned to this person.

After saving, open the building page to arrange spaces on the blueprint and add sensors.
